Dubai will soon be reclaimed by a new tower – Crypto Tower.
To make the most of this new method of payments and modern technologies, Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and REIT Development Wednesday inaugurated the 17 storey Crypto Tower in response to the increasing number of blockchain, DeFi and Web3 businesses in Dubai.

It turns out, tenants will be able to simplify their communications and transactions via on-chain voting, shared assets, smart contracts and other automated services by using blockchain technology.

That will build more trust and openness, and less bureaucracy, setting a new benchmark in community decision making and management.

More than 150,000 square feet of lettable space will be provided in the tower, consisting of nine floors of sophisticated offices for crypto-startups and enterprises. There will be three floors for blockchain incubators, venture capital companies and investment firms and a special floor for artificial intelligence (AI) innovation.

It’s 10,000-square-foot inside event space for Crypto Tower and 3,500-square-foot outdoor crypto and blockchain events area. In the three floors above, they’ll have a 30,000-square-foot crypto club for networking and recreation.

The Tower will also include premium amenities like an NFT art gallery, a gold store, an exotic car dealer and a special vault area that has 5,000 sq.ft. of secure space for valuables such as gold, cash and cold wallets.
The construction should be complete by Q1 2027 and then full operations will begin shortly after.

"Crypto Tower is a new development at the convergence of blockchain, Web3 and land. Over 150,000 square feet of leasable space – nine office floors, three floors dedicated to blockchain incubators, an AI innovation floor, a crypto club, a gold bullion shop and vault storage – the tower will offer members cutting-edge facilities and services," said Ahmed Bin Sulayem, executive chairman and CEO of DMCC.
