Dubai: Land plots in Expo City now available for purchase starting at Dh11 million
Expo City Dubai unveiled the release of land plots for sale within the Expo Valley residential development. Both Emiratis, expatriates, and non-resident international investors can purchase the freehold plots.
The master developer announced on Wednesday that potential buyers can buy land ranging from 7,500 to 12,500 sq ft with the option to merge areas as needed in the Expo Valley Plots project.
Ahmed Al Khatib, chief development and delivery officer at Expo City Dubai, stated that prices range from Dh11 million and are influenced by location, plot size, and elevation. The projected handover timeframe is in the second quarter of 2025.
Expo Valley, set to welcome its initial inhabitants in early 2026, consists of 532 villas, townhouses, and semi-detached properties.
Al Khatib explained that investors can purchase land through Expo City Dubai, as they oversee and assist with the entire buying process, ensuring a smooth experience for the buyer while following the standard off plan purchasing procedures. Either individuals or companies must submit the necessary paperwork, pay the deposit and Dubai Land Department (DLD) fees, and secure their booking without delay. This is then followed by the DLD issuing and registering the Sales and Purchase Agreement.
After the sale is completed, the developer will lead buyers and their consultants through the design and construction laws and regulations. The purchasers then select their own advisors and builders.
The development located in Expo City Dubai will feature a gated community with a nature reserve, a lake, and a wadi.
As stated in the 'Expo Valley Plots' brochure, potential buyers will have the opportunity to create a residence that blends well with its environment, offering them space, privacy, and freedom in architectural design.
They will be able to include G+2 levels, with a total floor area of 10,656sqft, providing flexibility. Every plot that is available consists of a single row, with most of them facing directly towards the wadi. Buyers can also choose to combine parcels.
The developer has also granted four additional contracts – three of which to firms based in the UAE – for the construction of the residential project.
