• Safety briefing and check-in: This is a supervised activity lasting 10 minutes for a Marine Mammal Specialist to provide a brief orientation.

• Dolphin Connection/Lagoon: After which, you will spend 20 minutes swimming with the dolphins in the lagoon.

• Such equipment is referred to as life jackets and effective in the protection of your life by every measure. Wet suits and neoprene vests are available but on request.

• Changing rooms, showers, towels, and lockers are on the site to facilitate your use so that there is no worry about carrying these along.

• Juices are complementary and are on the house for guests after the kayak excursion.

• Tickets for entry to The Lost Chambers Aquarium with passes, tickets, and discount vouchers are available at a lower face value.

• The date for which the reservation is made cannot be changed.

• One must provide identification when checking in.

• You need to reach five minutes prior to your start time. “Any late arrivals will be marked as no-shows.”

• This activity is suitable for persons aged 8 and above though he or she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over if they are under 18.
